Inside Sales Support Specialist Job Opening in Belcamp, Maryland - SUMMARY: Responsible for supporting the sales department, both outside sales and inside sales, in many facets of the overall sales process. Support day-to-day transactional activities to produce a high level of customer satisfaction. Acts as the focal point for the account set-up in ICC?s CRM system and will manage and/or maintain all customer account once entered.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the sales team with account management.
Supports the sales team with order entry and re-ordering of lithography in a very timely manner.
Support the sales team with management of credit cards in systems.
Maintain close coordination and teamwork with sales staff concerning customer requirements.
Maintain great communication with the sales team.
Extremely detailed oriented with placing information in multiple systems.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Must have and maintain appropriate computer, software and hardware skills to perform all facets of the position.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Experience with standard business equipment, computer systems and programs is required.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Associate?s degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or university; or two-four years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports and business correspondence, effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, co-workers and customers in a positive professional manner.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Ability to apply the concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and to draw a valid conclusion. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Possess a valid state driver?s license which meets company requirements of the Fleet Management policy.
