Experience:
Min 4 Years working with a CPA firm
Strong Excel and other Microsoft Office product skills
Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Dependable and reliable
Strong Organizational Skills
Able to multi task and meet assigned deadlines
Tax preparation a plus
Transaction privilege tax preparation for various industries
Have reliable computer equipment and internet
Description:
Preparing Client's accounting records and performance
Accounting support for staff accounting
Handling month-end activities and creating journal entries
Performing GL and account reconcilliation and analysis
Assist in preparation of financial statements, preparing supporting schedules and analyzing data
Facilitate monthly closing procedures
Able to work remotely
Tax return preparation with Lacerte software experience desired
This job is done remotely we just ask you be in the Phoenix area for occasional meetings.
