Site Manager Job Opening in Great Falls, Montana - FULL TIME, HOURLY
Position Description:
The Site Manager is fundamentally responsible for handling all aspects of property management while leading a dynamic team consisting of leasing agent(s), & maintenance technician(s). Position is full time and there is a strong opportunity for growth. Based in Great Falls, this position will require frequent travel between property locations in Great Falls and may require very infrequent travel to property locations outside Great Falls.
Leadership:
Hire, mentor, and lead team members
Complete performance appraisals with team members
Continuously spearhead & the development & refinement of policy & procedure within the company to reflect industry best practices
Compliance:
All policy & procedure applicable
All applicable government regulations across property types
All applicable lender regulations across property types
Unit Leasing:
Show available apartment units to prospective residents
Prepare leases & lease addendums & execute with prospective residents
Resident Management:
Prepare & distribute resident notices
Manage service ticket lifecycle, ensuring resident satisfaction at all times
Perform unit walkthroughs & inspections
Office Management:
Answer telephones
Maintain office filing and storage systems
Keep filing/document management system for electronic and paper documents organized & compliant with company & governmental agency file management requirements
Scan documents, appropriately name & categorize, then filing in cloud storage system
Monitor and order office supplies
Distribute/file all incoming mail
Perform errands that assist daily functions
General reception duties. Return calls as appropriate
Maintain office in neat & orderly condition at all times
Cleaning Duties:
Periodic unit cleaning tasks
Periodic common area cleaning tasks
Periodic grounds cleaning tasks
Perform other tasks, as assigned
