Our client, located in Everett, WA, has a need for a Help Desk Support professional to join their team on a contract basis for an initial duration of 4 months beginning on or before June 20th. Job Description The Consultant chosen for this work shall possess strong customer support skills and time management skills and will be expected to provide the following services: Install and configure desktop software Provide technical support for District staff Answer Phones as a Frontline Support Person Multitask and remain calm in high demand situations Work well within a diverse environment Complete and document all work through a Ticketing System Additional skills that would be preferred: Experience with Smart phone setup and support (Droid, Blackberry and iPhone) *** Interested parties should apply online and include an updated version of their resume and cover letter.
