Administrative Assistant/Receptionist Job Opening in Roswell, Georgia - Job Brief
Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the office to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
answer telephone, screen and direct calls
take and relay messages
provide information to callers as needed
greet visitors entering the office and direct to correct destination
provide general administrative and clerical support
receive and sort mail and deliveries
organize conference and meeting room bookings
monitor and maintain office equipment
general office duties such as filing, copying, scanning
collect and update data in QuickBooks
update and run reports in Sharepoint
special projects as assigned
