Help Desk Analyst I Job Opening in Sanger, California - Help Desk Analyst I technology is actively sourcing for it help desk technician to assist our client in the central valley for a 2-3 month contract. this opportunity is currently a 2-3 month contract, but should the help desk candidate do well there is a possibility that a full-time offer would be made after 2-3 months. our client is a well established organization within the manufacturing industry; it is not required that the selected help desk candidate have a background in manufacturing. this help desk technician opportunity has become available as our client is experiencing some growth and requires additional support. as the it help desk technician you will be providing support to all internal employees of our client. you will be tasked with answering phones, and responding to tickets. the it help desk technician will need to have fantastic customer service skills, understand priority levels as it relates to business flow and have the ability to follow through with team, management and end users. responsibilities: ? run cables, install cameras, fix/clean printers ? support users with daily troubleshooting issues ? install software updates ? workstations (windows 10) ? printers ? t.v.?s ? create new users ? support users at both client locations ? escalate tickets as needed to current help desk technician environment: ? end users: ~200 ? mainly windows 10 ? current team: 1 help desk technician desired skills: ? knowledge of microsoft windows os ? windows 7/10 ? knowledge of microsoft office suite ? pc desktop ? workstation ? cabling ? ability to multitask ? excellent customer service skills ? willingness to jump in when needed ? ability to work autonomously/independently ? motivated to learn this help desk technician role is a great opportunity for the right person that is looking to expand their technical knowledge and career. if interested in this help desk technician role, please e-mail your resume to emily beesley at for review and consideration. no third parties.
