Accountant
Resposibilities:
Prepares accounting reports, and increasingly complex accounting analyses with related spreadsheets or applications input, and identifies and resolves issues.
Coordinates with Project Manager to maintain billing schedules
Understands organizational structure of the company.
Prepares and posts journal vouchers for accounting transactions.
Researches and resolves basic accounting issues and transactions including related internal controls.
Helps maintain cash flow schedules
Special projects as requested by manager
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
0-3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Quickbooks Online experience is a must
Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
Good attention to detail with good analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good PC skills.
Ability to handle multiple activities successfully
Education:
Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
