SUMMARY: Serves a key role in financial planning and decision support, working across the Sales & Marketing departments to provide a wide range of financial and business decision support information.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Analysis ? Develop, execute and effectively communicate significant analyses that identify meaningful trends and opportunities across the business. Leverage tools and systems to quickly access data and present meaningful, concise information to various levels of management.
Performance Metrics/Process Improvements ? Develop and utilize effective performance metrics to identify inefficiencies and to drive process improvements.
Financial Reporting ? Prepare, analyze and summarize various weekly, monthly and periodic operational results for use by finance, accounting, and executive management.
Project Support and Ad Hoc Requests ? Provide strong ad hoc financial and business analytic decision support on numerous revenue and cost-saving initiatives, return on investment analyses and/or other assigned projects.
Financial Modeling ? Prepare comprehensive financial models with an integrated set of financial statements, assumptions, and metrics.
Ability to work extended workdays to support business needs.
Other duties may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to quickly learn and utilize numerous information systems effectively
Ability to work autonomously, perform well under pressure and manage change effectively with an emphasis on process improvement
Advanced proficiency in Excel; Hyperion Essbase preferred
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
3+ years of relevant work experience in FP&A, Accounting, or related field.
Bachelor?s degree in Finance, Accounting or related. Accounting experience preferred.
Experience working in an operating company, not just corporate finance.
Experience supporting Sales or Marketing teams is a plus.
