Our Accounting Specialist position performs a variety of accounting tasks and acts as backup for other staff in the office.
Summary of essential job functions
Invoicing of clients
Enter vendor bills into QuickBooks
Running and billing of all monthly subscription reports
Gathering all credit card receipts and compiling them with the correct credit card statement.
Cross-checking vendor invoices with reports
Research any missing credit card charges
Cross checking all invoices and receipts in QuickBooks
all client invoices
Support for A/R
Backup for reception
Other duties as assigned
Skills/Minimum requirements
3-5 years of experience in accounting and/or bookkeeping. Experience in QuickBooks is a must. Developing Standards, Analyzing Information, Dealing with Complexity, Reporting Research Results, Data Entry Skills, Accounting, Attention to Detail, Confidentiality, Thoroughness
