Credit and Collections Clerk Job Opening in Salt Lake City, Utah - We are looking to add a Credit and Collections Clerk to our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that enjoys working directly with other businesses to solve problems and issues.
This individual will perform business to business collections and resolve customer account issues while focusing on the relationship with the client. Candidates should have excellent written communications skills, phone experience, determination and strong attention to detail. 1+ years of experience are preferred but not mandatory.
Some of the daily tasks for this position include:
Credit approval
Charge customer credit cards
Working directly with customers to collect funds
Managing account information via in-house database
Integrating and working with salesmen on a regular basis
The ideal candidate for this position will:
Be dependable ? no history of attendance issues. Eager to be at work and do the job
Ability to easily talk to customers
Be willing to learn and grow
Requirements include:
At least a high school education
Basic accounting knowledge
Basic knowledge of QuickBooks helpful
