Accounting/Purchasing/Inventory Management/IT Job Opening in Loveland, Ohio - Fischer Process Industries is currently seeking an individual with a diverse background to fill a unique role. This position will have a variety of responsibilities in multiple departments within the organization, including, Accounting, Purchasing, Inventory Management, and IT. This position will be based out of our Loveland, OH office.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Book keeping, reviewing accounting reports, balancing accounts, researching discrepancies, posting journal entries and accruals
Prepare purchase orders and send to vendors.
Coordinate with warehouse personnel on cycle counts, inventory control and organization.
Review defective or unacceptable goods or service issues with end users, vendors and others to determine source of problem and take corrective action.
Continuously monitor stock levels to maximize business efficiency.
Troubleshoot IT issues
Contact outside vendors to handle more complex IT problems
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years accounting experience preferred
Background in purchasing and inventory management
IT experience a plus
ERP experience, preferably with SX Enterprise
Ability to function efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
Highly Accountable
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Motivated by challenges
Above average problem solving capability
Excellent computer skills with desire to learn the ins and outs of internal business systems for purposes of troubleshooting issues and training new employees
Team player who enjoys working with all types of people in a teamed environment
Ability to manage time and handle multiple priorities while maintaining a positive attitude and composure
