Sales Manager Job Opening in Wilmington, North carolina - CastleBranch is seeking a Sales Manager to join our Sales Department. The Sales Manager will oversee sales activities of organization by performing the following duties personally or through other members in the Sales department.
Ability to lead, supervise and appraise a team.
Must be able to develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
Able to prioritize and plan sales activities, while conforming to requirements.
Has the ability to meet productivity standards; communicate with key clients in timely manner; strive to increase productivity.
Able to direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
Able to analyze sales statistics to formulate policy and assist representatives in promoting sales.
Education and/or Experience- Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of sales and management experience within the field.
