Description:
We are looking for a Data Analyst candidate. The ideal candidate for this role has 2+ years of experience in the creation and use of various analytics reports related to both financial impacts, statistical analyses and clinical outcomes, using a variety of tools including MS SQL tools (including T-SQL, SSRS), statistical tools (R, SPSS, SAS) and other data manipulation tools (MS Access, MS Excel, Tableau). The ideal candidate has 2+ years of building SQL tables and executing complex SQL queries. The ideal candidate has great understanding of and previous experience working in Healthcare industry. A Bachelor?s degree in a STEM field (ideally, in Statistics) is a must.

Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and manipulate Large Data sets to find valuable financial and or statistical patterns that are both useful internally and externally
Conduct tests of correctness of data outputs, looking for irregularities, variability and deviations from the norm
Makes and test sensible assumptions where data is not available
Identify, analyze, and interpret deviations and their resulting effects from expected patterns in complex/large data sets to generate valuable and actionable business insights
When necessary correct data by writing MS SQL update queries
Apply techniques to visualize the data outputs for business decision making
Requirements:
A Thirst for Knowledge and Strong Self Motivated Work Ethic
Existing permission to work in the US
1 years ? 3 years? experience using SQL to mine data.
Strong T-SQL and Ad-Hoc Query Development
Experience working with MS SQL 2012 or later
SSRS development with subscriptions
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyses, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to Analyze and discover useful information from large sets of data.
Ability to form concepts from information accumulated overtime and adapt behavior accordingly.
Review prior actions to understand what works and what doesn?t and figures what can be done to make them work.
Ability to assess risk and prioritize actions accordingly.
Able to effectively communicate irregularities to responsible parties in manner that would achieve the desired result.
Ability to form concepts from information accumulated over time and adapt methodology or procedures to increase efficiency.
Pluses:
Healthcare experience
A Bachelor?s degree in a STEM field, ideally with a focus on Statistical Analysis
Experience working with MS SQL 2016 (including column store indexing)
?R?, SPSS, SAS, Tableau, QlikView
MS Access and/or Excel experience including complex macro development a plus
