Sales Associate Job Opening in Willimantic, Connecticut - X-Cell Communications / Cricket Authoriized Dealer -Danbury, CT
This is a position heavily dependent upon Exceptional Customer Service.
Major Tasks, Accountabilities and Key Responsibilities are but aren't limited to:
You would have to be between Willimantic and Hartford for this postion. It would be 3 days in both stores a week.
Management of sales reps, Profit and Product within the location
Ensure the optimal inventory levels of merchandise are maintained in order to fulfill daily sales needs
Maintain all housekeeping and safety standards
Provide Exceptional Customer Experience
Train and Coach sales reps
Education and Certifications:
High School Diploma or higher, in Sales of Mobile Devices or Customer Service is a PLUS
Work Experience:
Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends
Demonstrated planning and organization skills
Demonstrated front-line supervisory skills
