Administrative Assistant Job Opening in Seattle, Washington - Part-Time Administrative Assistant needed for a growing CPA office. This firm has an enjoyable work environment, fun staff and great clients to interact with. Looking for someone who possesses the following qualities:

Wide range of general administrative duties will need to be performed:
Answer phones
Greet clients
Type letters
Scan documents
Manage paperless document systems
Present paperwork to clients
Answer questions or direct to appropriate person
Compile paperwork or final projects
Accounting skills a plus
Assist with marketing campaigns
Assist staff with projects when needed
