Sales Manager (Leeds, AL) Job Opening in Leeds, Alabama - Bluegreen Vacations has partnered with Bass Pro ShopsŪ and outlet malls nationwide. Our team markets and sells vacations in over 90 ?? and kiosk-concept retail locations. We are looking for a talented, driven Sales Manager with great energy, passion and initiative to manage and drive our sales team at the Bass Pro Shops in Leeds, AL with the goal of bringing our customers one step closer to vacation ownership.
Responsibilities Include:
Oversee sales management activities at one of our retail locations
Proven ability to personally sell and coach others
Drive results through others, manage team performance and hold team accountable against business metrics.
Qualifications:
Previous sales and/or marketing management experience - required
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet proficiency ? required
Strong leadership & interpersonal skills
Sound oral, written and face to face communication skills.
Strong conflict resolution skills
High school diploma or equivalent - required
We offer:
Attractive compensation plan ? base salary + uncapped bi-weekly commissions
Targeted annual earnings ranging from $50K ? $80K depending on store size/budget
Fantastic benefits package - plan after 60 days; company matching 401K after 90 days

Requirements:
Previous sales or marketing management experience preferred
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
College degree and previous sales/marketing management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Basic computer skills
Strong communication skills (articulate and speak effectively)
