Job Responsibilities:
· Work Company assigned leads. Generate additional leads and build personal pipeline. Maximize job closure rates. You are expected to deliver supreme customer service from lead to closure and beyond in order to build lasting relationships with your homeowners. Ensure customers get the best possible solutions and results for their home improvement needs.
Qualifications
· Be able to travel across an assigned region
· Have a valid driver?s license and automobile insurance
· Be comfortable working in a variety of inside and outside environments.
· Have fundamental analytical, math, measuring and drawing skills
· Be disciplined and able to work independently
· Be observant, organized and demonstrate attention to detail
· Be professional in appearance and demeanor
· Initiate, develop and maintain customer relationships
· Stay abreast of competitive home improvement solutions. (Windows, Gutters, Siding, Bath Remodeling and Roofs)
· Advance the sale, not simply take orders
· Be enthusiastic and optimistic
· Be teachable and coachable and want to make money!
· Work well as part of a team selling approach
