Administrative Assistant Job Opening in Cincinnati, Ohio - Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as responding to mail, email, etc.
Provide excellence service to our customers answering phones and greet clients.
Help organize office activities.
Provide assistance to your team on special project and event planning.
Manage customer orders: packing and shipping of orders.
Support activities related to inventory receipt, inspection, storing and distribution.
Assist in making accounts receivable collection calls.
Use QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks, such as creating quotes, sales orders, purchase orders and invoices.
Take product photos for online and paper catalog.
Requirements:
An enthusiasm for the medical devices and healthcare industry
Self-motivated, independent and with strong time-management and
Good communication and organization skills
Microsoft Office including (Excel, Work, PowerPoint)
Candidate must be pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Healthcare management, Business Communication or related field
GPA 3.00 or higher
Result oriented
