We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join to our team.
Ideal candidate should have the ability to do multiple task and with accountant experience.
Core Responsibilities
Accounting knowledge
Sorting and allocating incoming papers and filing documents
Handling incoming calls
Arranging travel
Preparing memos, correspondence, spreadsheets, and presentations
Assisting with all aspects of administrative management, delivering invoices to the corresponding departments or allocations
Coordinating between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative problems
Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities.
Sending out and receiving mail and packages, preparing business correspondence,
Managing Files.
Performing general office support
Sending and receiving forms for the company
All Day-to-day operation matters for immediate and confidential consideration
Requirements
Languages: English and German and Spanish (preferential)
Knowledge of the automotive industry
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Must have minimum of 2+ years of strong accounting and administrative experience ideally within the Automotive Industry (not required)
Detail oriented and strong analytical skill
Must have strong Word, Excel, Internet, and other appropriate software skills.
Experienced with SAP, ERP - preferred
