Clinical responsibilities would include:
Providing Continuing Care to include:
Completing rubber cup prophys on children ages 0-21
Inspiring patients to improve homecare
Taking appropriate x-rays as needed
Ability to engage and create a safe and fun environment for nervous children
Chair-side assisting for Operative appointments to include:
Seating stainless steel crowns
Assisting during composite fillings
Helping with extractions
Delivering space maintainers
Placing rubber dams prior to operative treatment
Monitoring sedated patients
Chair-side assisting for Orthodontic appointments to include:
Removing and delivering orthodontic appliances
Changing orthodontic wires
Discussing alternative methods to help patients achieve good oral function

Skills Required:
RDA certificate (must be current)
Expanded duties: coronal polishing, x-rays, N2O monitoring
Health Care Provider CPR Certified
HIPAA Trained
