Applications Analyst I reports to the CIO and responsible for supporting and maintaining applications used by Uropartners staff. The Applications Analyst I is a team player, provides outstanding customer services, and is skilled in the Microsoft Suite of applications. Application Analyst I is a quick learner, and is interested in expanding knowledge of health care, and information technology.
Application Analyst I works with the IT team to support applications including the Electronic Health Record, Practice Management System, Patient Portal, Scan application, interface software, and all other business applications supported by the Corporate IT department.
The Application Analyst responsibilities include:
Accurately entering data into program software***
Supporting the IT Team as needed to complete projects* *
Maintenance of website information* *
Assisting in the development of training materials* *
Working with IT Team Members and vendors on software implementation* *
Providing Level I support for patients on portal application* *
Entering call reminder responses in Practice Management system* *
Attending team meetings and providing input on projects* *
Completing projects on time, and with accuracy* *
Works independently to complete projects* *
Providing end user support for Uropartners staff* *
Responsible for handling level 1 tickets to completing and notifying end users* *
Adheres to all HIPAA regulations and Uropartners Corporate Security Policies* *
Actively gains and grows knowledge of health care and information technology*
