This position requires the following:
*Recent experience as a Marketing Director in a healthcare setting
*Should be able to develop business relationships within the local healthcare community including
hospital social workers/ discharge planners, physicians, clergy, senior centers, etc.
*Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
*Should be able to develop strategic marketing plans that will help to increase and maintain
facility census
*Must be able to work in collaboration with the facility management team and Administrator
*Should help to assure smooth transition of incoming residents from the referring agency to the
facility
*Solid work history
