Outside Sales Industrial/Commercial Building Supplies Job Opening in New York, New york - Berkoff Supply is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. We have been in business for nearly 100 years and have a stellar reputation in the industry offering quality products. We are looking for a candidate that possess solid skills in the areas of organization, written/oral communications, and computer knowledge. Someone that time management skills and follow up. You should have proven skills in the areas of building customer relationships, negotiating, and closing sales techniques. Responsibilities Include:
-Promote and sell supplies to property managers, building superintendents, restaurants, etc.
-Maintain ongoing relationship with new and existing customers to solicit business and meet/exceed sales goals.
-Achieve personal sales and profit quotas.
-Work with Manufacturer Representatives to educate and inform customers.
Qualifications:
- Outgoing and great personality!
-Knowledgeable and Passionate about exceptional client service and exceeding sales goals.
-Ability to build and maintain lasting business relationships.
-Previous outside Sales Experience.
-Basic PC skills.
-Ability to perform and succeed in a commission driven environment.
-Prior janitorial and building supplies knowledge is a plus.
-Bi-lingual is a plus.
