Sales Business Development Manager Job Opening in New York, New york - We are looking for a stellar Sales Business Development Manager to join our spectacular Sales Team. You will work together with Marketing and Recruitment teams to identify, prospect, convert and close target customers to leverage AptoZen's premier sourcing and matching as a service platform.
Responsibilities:
Present company service offerings to prospective clients through client consultation and development of proposals and earn Trusted Adviser status with new and existing customers. This could include presentations to HR, Sales and Marketing departments and will require meticulous planning and proposal writing
Create proposals for providing Talent Acquisition services, pitching AptoZen's uniqueness in premium talent acquisition backed by data-driven AI technology customized to prospective clients? needs; Develop and execute sales presentations to potential clients
Define and develop customer acquisition strategies and plans for new accounts and/or to further penetrate existing accounts
Identify and qualify sales opportunities by providing a consultative and value-selling approach to developing relationships; includes, negotiating contractual terms and conditions for employment services, and working with the AptoZen?s internal operations and recruiting teams to ensure smooth handoffs
Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service, both in-person and by phone, as well as meeting all client needs appropriate to their business is key role within Business Development
Participate in supporting our end-state vision of building a compelling cloud based SaaS product that will eventually replace the manual match-vet-and-fit service in 2017
Exceed sales revenue quotas by winning new contracts through hunting, prospecting and developing new customer relationships from Employers looking to hire
Coordinate with the Recruiting Team to handoff new clients, facilitate introductions between new clients and assigned Specialists, and collaboratively set up customized services according to clients? specifications
Manage all existing and new accounts in designated sales territory, ensuring clients? needs are met, problems are solved and issues are addressed
Initiate personal growth by understanding market trends, attending educational sessions and actively networking
Required Skills:
5+ years of successful B2B sales experience; proven track record of hunting and closing new accounts in technology SaaS.
Initiate and organize meetings and phone calls with prospects, prepare professional emails, participate in preparation of sales collateral and possesses advanced skills in communication and negotiating.
Strong research and strategic analysis skills to analyze industry trends and penetrate key client organizations. Possess strong knowledge of the SaaS marketplace, employer and job-seeker trends
Have a high level of comfort with performing cold calls and delivering professional, formal presentations; Capable of developing a strong business case for client action and skills to close the sale
Identify prospective customers? needs, propose solutions and convert prospects to clients
Have a results-oriented attitude and hunger for doing what it takes to grow professionally and create success for AptoZen
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and be able to cold call potential clients with confidence
