Role and Responsibilities:
Act in the role of Team Lead to ensure all tasks are completed appropriately and timely.
Provide excellent customer service while protecting dignity and promoting resident choice.
Provide bedside care.
Administer medications and document therapeutic effects.
Collect samples and monitor catheters.
Assist with other staff in the care of Residents as needed. Set the example of being a Team Player.
Perform RN/LPN duties within appropriate scope of practice in accordance the Nurse Practice Act. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Interpersonal communications necessary with the ability to clearly express thoughts, ideas, and direction. Additional duties as assigned by Human Resources Director, Director of Nursing, and Executive Director
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Must be currently licensed and in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
Interpersonal communications necessary with the ability to clearly express thoughts, ideas, and direction.

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / PRN ; Currently looking for particularly Night Shift 10PM-6:30AM and Evening Shift 2PM-10:30PM and soon Day Shift 6-2:30PM. Also have a short shift for Students 2PM - 6PM. New Grads Welcome!! Great place to practice skill sets and gain work experience!
