Accountant/Lease Administrator Job Opening in Lincoln, Nebraska - Job Description:
We are looking to grow our team and are seeking an accountant/lease administrator. This professional will work with the accounting department and collaborate across several company divisions to assist with day-to-day accounting functions and other real estate related accounting duties for the company and its managed properties.
Nature and Scope:
This professional will be asked to perform, at a minimum, the following:
Prepare monthly financial statements
Assist with annual budgeting
Assist in cash management functions
Account reconciliations
Preparation of year-end operating expenses reconciliations
Lease Administration
General administrative duties as required
Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or a two-year technical college degree plus a minimum of two years of related experience
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proficient in Word, Excel
Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with clients and customers
Demonstrates organizational and time management skills and attention to detail
