You possess excellent typography skills and an innate sense of hierarchy and understand the difference between artists and designers, and are highly motivated to create work that solves our clients' business needs with a customized mix of solutions that will work for their small businesses or non-profit organizations. Most importantly, you're respectful, personable, professional, trust-worthy, and can follow-up and follow-through.
The Position We Offer:
This position will require the successful candidate to network with clients and colleagues through face-to-face interactions, phone interactions, and email 'll need to be comfortable:
Collaborating with creative leadership and other team members on the approach, development, production, and implementation of projects.
Taking ownership of your work and schedule, consistently delivering against deadlines and managing your own time in a telecommute, flex-hour position.
Having a never-ending enthusiastic interaction with potential clients to sell your work fluently and compellingly, to accurately interpret feedback, and to move things forward with clarity, decisiveness, and momentum.
Being present for all parts of a project, from kickoff through final delivery, with a sense of responsibility for seeing the details through.
Using a ?solution sell? technique to clients by researching and applying products and services to customer needs and build long-lasting relationships with clients based on trust as well as product and industry knowledge.
The Requirements We Have:
Excellent verbal and digital communication skills are a must. InSilico Media Group hires "able" employees, meaning you are coach-able, approachable, personable, accountable, and able to maintain must have the ability to learn quickly and ability to excel in outside sales independently while remaining focused on InSilico Media Group's aggressive goals. Our staff will support the salesperson, such as rigorous marketing campaigns, confirmed leads, brochures and marketing materials, access to a database of potential prospects, and ongoing marketing and website services 's an added bonus if you have a proven record of demonstrating customer retention and growth and finding and capitalizing on new markets. Industry contacts are a huge plus.
