Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:
Serves customers by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests; maintaining database.
Sales Representative Job Duties:
Make outbound calls to warm and HOT leads. No cold calling - **People who came to our site & filled out their info 3 - 24hrs before your call**
Determine needs of the customer
Quickly qualify the sales opportunity
Utilize and log call disposistions correctly
CLO$E BU$INE$$ (full sales cycle within 15 minutes)
Handle proper duties pertaining to inside sales (data entry in CRM, customers issues/requests, post-close emails)
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Sales Representative Skills and Qualifications:
At least 1 year of sales experience
Money Hungry, Bulldog Tenacity, & Entrepreneurial Spirit
Be able to hit Quotas
Proficient in CRM & Microsoft Office
Compensation & Benefits:
22k Base + Commission
Bi-Weekly Bonuses
