Essential Functions:
Assist with month end G/L account reconciliations
Accounting functions for Thunder Road, LLC, ATS, Road Widener, Noble Builders, Badger Materials Recycling, Heavy Duty Repair and other entities
Assist with accounting tasks for personal entities and other ancillary entities
Notes payable reconciliations for all entities
Handle all fixed asset management
Back-up for other accounting department tasks including Payroll, Accounts Payable and Receivable
Monthly Bank Reconciliations
Heavy Duty Repair Month End Reconciliation
Prepare Borrower?s certifications monthly
Run and review monthly work in process report
Monthly GL entries ? recurring and reversing
Weekly billings and line of credit spreadsheet
A/P check run approval for vendor payments
Monthly accrued GL expense account reconciliations
Monthly fuel GL allocation
Insurance property damage claims
KPI scorecard preparation
All other duties assigned
Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting
2-5 years accounting experience
Cross functional knowledge of accounting principles and procedures (A/P, A/R, Payroll etc.).
Knowledge of computers, office applications and accounting software.
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Good verbal & written communication & interpersonal skills.
Ability prioritize and to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Must also possess problem solving approach.
Attention to detail
Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative
