Bookkeeper Job Opening in Bethesda, Maryland - Looking for an experienced accountant with a minimum 3 years of experience in performing various accounting functions, including, but not limited to, account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, recording journal entries, and maintaining books for multiple entities, one of which is retail operation. Must have Prior experience in commercial real estate accounting. Must be highly proficient in Yardi and QuickBooks each as a whole. Must have a good solid understanding of basic accounting principles, including, proper classification of income/expense, BS, and Cash flow items.

Enter Budgets into YardiBank Ledger Journal Accounting Schedules and Reports as with AP in reviewing invoices for proper recording into with PM in reviewing rental and other CAM and other tenant related reconciliation and with other projects and tasks as needed.
Must be analytical, have the skill set to work methodically and independently on any given task or project.
