Applicants must be able to work a flexible day shift position. This opportunity requires that the candidates: � Are able to pass a pre-employment drug screen � Have acceptable results of a background check � Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbally � Demonstrate excellent, effective customer service skills on telephone and in person � Have recent computer experience (preferably MS Office) Work Experience Previous experience in customer service is required. Previous food service or hospitality experience is preferred. Brief Job Description: � Show and rent storage units as they become available � Collect rent payments and accurately enter data into computer � Deposit funds to employer account on a daily basis � Perform sales and marketing requirements � Participate in daily collection calls for past-due accounts � Clean and prepare vacant storage units for rent. � Perform daily security check of facility (lock check/audit) � Perform minor maintenance and custodial duties, including cleaning and preparing units for rent Physical Requirements � Must be able to lift or move up to 45 lbs frequently, sit or stand for up to 8 hours per day and be able to traverse entire property for audit or tour purposes.
