As a Full Service Retail Showroom, we have an immediate need for a new member to join our team! And as an Inside Sales Support Associate, you will be responsible for assisting all customers in determining the best product for their needs as well as supporting your core team.
Tile for Less Seattle and Bothell WA has Immediate Opening for a full time/part time sales/customer service associates. We are a Local Flooring company, that Import and sale tile and related are needing to fill positions ASAP. We are open 6 days( Mon-Sat) a week. No Flooring Experience needed, will train the right person, Sales Experience is needed For this position.
Requirements:
-Build and maintain relationships with
-Desire to manage all areas of the sales process
-A proven track record in meeting or exceeding in sales
-Experience with consultative selling, ability to identify, analyze and interpret customer needs -Excellent communication skills -Computer & Typing skills a Must
-Pass background check
Daily Responsibilities:
Opening and closing the showroom
Greeting and qualifying potential clients in-person, by phone, and by email
Building project estimates in software based on customer needs and ordering materials
Working closely with the field team
Creating and maintaining customer database and physical files
Invoicing clients and processing payments
Providing inside sales consultation and customer education
General showroom/office work including, but not limited to: filing, email distribution and correspondence
Staying current with product knowledge and release
Showroom organization, displays and cleanliness
Other duties as assigned
Benefits:
-Salary DOE ( 35,000 to 45,000/ year + Benefits approx. 5500K worth)
