Sales Representative

We are a rapidly growing and highly innovative roofing company looking for driven, enthusiastic, self-motivated sales professionals to join our team. As a leader in the industry, we take pride in our craftsmanship and our dedication to green build practices.
The Project Consultant will meet with prospective clients to determine their needs and provide product information and pricing. To succeed in this position you will need strong communication skills and the ability to close the sale. While you will have weekly office meetings, the majority of your time will be spent driving to and meeting with customers in their home.
Responsibilities:
Meeting with prospective customers to present Greenbuilt products and consult with them regarding their specific roofing replacement needs.
Provide accurate pricing information to the customer.
Meet and exceed company sales goals.
Attend weekly sales meetings and trainings.
Complete all required sales documents and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
Conduct business and represent Greenbuilt in a professional manner.
Requirements:
Experience: Sales (1 year or more). Construction and roofing knowledge a plus.
Desired skills and abilities:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Competitive and positive attitude, with the desire to succeed.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Desire to learn and grow professionally.
Excellent time-management skills.
Comfortable talking to people and giving presentations.

Other: Valid driver?s license and reliable vehicle.
Schedule: This is a full time position in which the hours vary and include evenings. Project Consultants will be expected to work five days per week, including Saturdays.
Compensation: No cap commission structure with multiple bonus opportunities. Top performers expected to earn $70,000-$100,000 their first year.
