RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver personal care to patients in their homes.
Assist with bathing, dressing, transferring, and grooming.
Work under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager.
Monitor and record patients' conditions, and notify their nursing supervisor of changing or unusual conditions.
Travel Required! PAID MILEAGE
Seeing between 5-7 clients a day
REQUIREMENTS:
Current North Carolina CNA certification.
Current CPR Certificate.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1-year experience as a Home Health Aide or CNA in healthcare (in homes or facilities).
Valid driver's license and the use of an insured vehicle, or access to adequate transportation.
