Territory Sales Manager- Southern IL Job Opening in Chicago, Illinois - Rohrer Corporation a dynamic and evolving company in the packaging industry has an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated Territory Sale Manager to cover the Southern IL territory.
The Territory Sales Manager?s (TSM) primary role is to ensure the sales effectiveness through the implementation of overall sales strategy of their individual sales territory. The TSM will develop and execute sales goals for their territory to fulfill growth objectives. The TSM will work closely with their direct manager to ensure maximum profitable growth for the territory.
Essential Tasks
Develop, maintain and improve business relations with key current and prospective customers through direct sales activity.
Ensure sales contact with Key customer personnel
Expand present customer base and sales volume.
Analyze, evaluate and report the effectiveness of sales efforts, methods, and results.
Manage prospective customer lists and plans, key current customer plans, individual sales goals, priorities and expectations, weekly / monthly sales reports.
Manage, and operate within approved sales budgets supporting overall business plan.
Help develop annual sales forecasts for the territory.
Coordinate sales activities with necessary departments and or locations within the company.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor?s degree in a business related field
Minimum of 2-5 years? experience in a direct sales with a preference in the packaging or package printing industry
