Outside Sales Representative Job Opening in Billings, Montana - Pierce is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in our Leasing Division ! This position will be responsible for representing the Leasing Division in South Central and South-East Montana, Northern Wyoming and Western North and South Dakota. This candidate will be responsible to generate leases of office buildings and storage containers and the sale of existing mobile office and storage units. The candidate will also manage relationships with existing and potential customers. This base plus commission position has a first year potential of $40,000 to $60,000 and a second year potential of $60,000 to $80,000.
Qualifications:
2 to 5 years Experience in Sales preferably in Building or Construction
Attention to detail is a must
Cold calling, follow up on internet and phone leads and account maintenance with existing customers
Basic Construction Knowledge
Computer Skills
Account Management and customer service
Ability to develop and maintain product and competitive knowledge
This position will work in office environments, job sites and in customer business facilities. This position will also require 40-50% travel that will include overnight.
