Operates Litho Press to produce products which meet customer specifications and quality standards. This job requires repetitive reaching, bending, squatting, and grasping. Candidates must be able to work in loud environments, perform mathematical calculations, differentiate colors, and use standards metric units for measurements. Each candidate should be able to accurately perform the functions of the job. Web Press setup and assembly on a Heidelberg press.
Job Shift: 3rd Shift (11 PM - 7 AM)
Essential Job Functions
Perform make ready functions
Obtain information from job tickets and prepare press accordingly
Properly scan all activities during the job into the computer for job cost accounting
Attend to the press during a run to ensure proper operation quality is maintained
Perform Press Wash-up/Clean-up procedures
Perform press maintenance/upkeep
Understand all press controls
All Functions will need to be performed in a loud environment
