Agronomy Hub Location Manager Job Opening in Mead, Nebraska - SUMMARY
Agronomy Hub Location Manager at Frontier Cooperative Co., will be responsible for the management of sales, inventory, equipment and facilities at the location by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversees finances for agronomy at the location.
Regulates sales and operations of liquid and dry fertilizer, chemical, seed and UAP
Manages 8-12 full-time and seasonal employees at the location.
Maintains fiscal responsibility for the location through margins, volumes, asset allocation, expense control and inventory maintenance.
Oversees accounting functions at the location.
Oversees the physical assets of the location.
Regulates the inventory at the location.
Manages the customer base through excellent customer service and customer relations.
Market the location?s products and services with knowledge of these products and services.
Interacts with management at other locations to maximize agronomy and product assets.
Keeps Supervisor/Agronomy Management Team appraised of inventory levels.
Comply with current Frontier Cooperative Co. credit policies.
Assists other divisions and locations as needed.
Maintains and promotes a safe work environment.
Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
ª High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
ª Three to five years? related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
