The specific roles we are looking to fill is:
IT Global DevOps Technology Manager :
Looking for a passionate leader with strong experience in software development and architecture. This person will be working on next generation solutions so must be able to work on challenging problems with global variations and scalability. We are looking for individuals with demonstrated technical experience with the ability to think creatively to build solutions. Looking for people with specific experience and skill sets in at least one of two areas. Successful candidates must have a depth of experience in 2-3 of these technical areas below.
Development and Design Technologies :
Object oriented designed experience
, , , HTML5, , javascript, bootstrap, jquery
Kafka/Confluent
Docker, Docker configuration, deployment, and management solutions, Ansible
Mesos, DC/OS, Kubernetes, AWS Container Services, Azure Container Services
Automation framework experience (e.g., TFS, Jenkins, Jira, BlueMix)
AWS or Azure Services
Java, Spring
JSON, XML using a broad range of web patterns
Familiarity with various data base technologies including, relational and No-SQL (e.g. Mongo DB, Cassandra)

Qualifications: We are looking for experienced developers. BS or MS degrees in MIS, Computer Science, Industrial or Computer Engineering (or like degrees) and MBA?s with a technical undergraduate degree or background is preferred but experienced candidates will be seriously considered.
Minimum 5 years of Information Technology experience in software technology (e.g. Azure services like bot/ cognitive/ logic Aps/ functions/ Service Fabric/ API Management, etc.) and/or Information Technology experience leading DevOps teams/ pods managing end to end lifecycle of microservices (e.g. developing and sustaining microservices using containers, setting up standards/ definitions for interactions, continuous delivery/ autonomous teams, automatic tools for DevOps IT, etc.)
Experience with following is desirable:
Business Domain Knowledge- Next Generation Services works on solution spaces in a broad set of business domains. Depth of knowledge and passionate interest any one of these business domains: work place/employee hire to retire, orders to cash, supply network planning, Idea to Product, Source to Pay, Financial Forecasting to Accounting and Recording is an advantage.
