Inside Sales Representative Job Opening in Hollywood, Florida - The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing direct support to the Sales Team/Account Executives in the ongoing development for the existing and prospective Rewards Network Clients. The primary goal as an Inside Sales Representative is to drive revenue growth by identifying and setting qualified appointments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Effectively work new leads/prospects in order to identify new business opportunities
Work with all personnel and outside contacts to satisfy client needs and achieve objectives
Develop a deeper understanding of the client?s business challenges and objectives to appropriately address their needs
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders in allocated account portfolio by networking
Successfully initiate a minimum of 85 outbound calls daily
Represent Rewards Network in a positive and professional manner
Achieve and maintain all monthly/quarterly objectives
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
Will consider recent graduates, experiences in Inside Sales or Customer Service experience desired for this role, including outbound telesales, telemarketing, or retail sales experience
Cold calling experience with the ability to effectively sell products & services preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven key account management skills
Organization, time management and professional appearance
Knowledge of Microsoft Office with the ability to type 30 WPM
Experience in a Salesforce environment is highly advantageous
