The Sales Executive Role
Property owners have already shown that they love our decidedly different approach to property management.
Accordingly, we are growing quickly and seeking to hire a full-time consultative sales expert within our Southwest Florida and Tampa markets.
This position is empowered to act as a sales and business development leader, working with our local senior operations team, as well as our NY-based team of digital marketing experts and technologists, to drive revenue and grow local markets.

What You Will Do:
Generate and qualify pipeline of customer leads through email, phone, and in-person outreach and nurturing, supported by our digital marketing and product teams
Respond lightning fast to inbound customer leads via phone and email, including outside of business hours based on customer demand
Build relationships with property owners and channel partners, both via phone and in person, to establish their needs and how we can best serve them
Identify and overcome objections to close new customers
Onboard new owner clients and channel partners
Experiment with our growth team on new approaches, offerings and techniques
Build our brand in the community through your interactions
Be available after the fact for customers and your team
Collaborate with the broader team by representing the ?voice of the customer?
What You Will Bring:
3-5+ years of experience with sales or real estate services offerings
Amazing personality and desire to serve others
Process-driven approach with intense desire to exceed goals
Local market geographic knowledge
Cloud-based CRM experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong listening and influence
Ability to work independently and effectively in a high-growth environment
