Full Charge Bookkeeper/Accountant Job Opening in Branford, Connecticut - Established Branford CPA firm seeks a for a part-time position with potential for full-time:
Responsibilities include:
Review accounting entries on a daily basis to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Bank statement reconciliation
Corporate and partnership tax preparation
Basic financial reporting
Migrating current clients to QuickBooks online
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years accounting experience preferably in public accounting
Knowledge of depreciation
Payroll processing experience
Experience with QuickBooks preferably QuickBooks Online
Extremely detail oriented
Basic corporate and partnership income tax preparation
Experience with Lacerte and/or Ultratax prefered.
