Telephone Surveyor Job Opening in knoxville, Tennessee - Telephone Surveyor Oak Ridge company is looking for 2 telephone surveyors to complete verificaton surveys for General Liability and Auto Liability insurance coverage. One is a bilingual Spanish positon and the other is non bilingual. Qualifications include good verbal and written skills, good typing skills, highly organized and detail oriented, good computer skills in Microsoft Office and internet. Access experience a plus, comfortable working on the phone with inbound and outbound calls. Good customer service skills. Must be able to multi-task. Talk on phone and complete online survey forms. Call center experiance a plus. Full time position, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. Pay rate determined by skill set and experience.
