Field Supervisor Concrete Polishing Job Opening in Fairfield, Iowa - Royale Concrete is hiring for the position of Field Supervisor. We specialize in concrete polishing, repair, surface preparation, and coatings for commercial, manufacturing, government and residential projects. The Field Supervisor candidate does not have to have a concrete polishing background but should have experience supervising a construction crew.
This position is for someone that will be an working concrete polisher that also supervises a crew. Candidate will lead a field crew and oversee projects in the field. Must be able to juggle priorities and organize details within active job sites while being an active participant in the field crew. Must have or be willing to earn a Master Craftsman Certification in concrete polishing.

Responsibilities:
- Provide an estimated duration and completion time.
- Follow work plan orchestrated by project management team.
- Follow and manage to the project goals and objectives.
- Find opportunities to create efficiency and reduce waste in work flow and material usage.
- Seek out customer service opportunities.
- Use equipment properly and train others to do so also.
- Track and report material use to the Project Manager.
- Report team hours.
- Schedule maintenance on equipment and report equipment maintenance issues.
- Maintain appropriate Driver?s License and abide by DOT requirements.
- Manage personal safety and maintain OSHA certification.
- Report safety issues, injuries, and document disciplinary issues.
- Communicate with procurement personnel regarding materials that need to be re-stocked or purchased for a project.
Requirements:
- Full time, overnight, travel required.
- OSHA 30 Construction Certification.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds.
- Must be able to stand, kneel and bend over for long periods of time.
