Aviation Training Program Administrator Job Opening in Tulsa, Oklahoma - Omni Air International is seeking a creative, tech-savy individual to join the Operations Training team! The ideal candidate is detailed oriented and able to produce engaging, quality training materials for pilots, flight attendants, and dispatchers at Omni.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties shall include but are not limited to the following:
Responsible for the development, fielding, and maintenance of all electronic courseware, and learning management systems
Responsible for the development, fielding, and maintenance of CrewNet website
Responsible for auditing of training records, facilities, and courseware
Responsible for limited maintenance support and functionality of Omni?s Training Facility desktop computers, network routers, and AV display devices
Responsible for coordinating between Operations department and Information Systems (IS) department to facilitate accomplishing objectives set by Senior Director of Operations
Responsible for completion of special projects as assigned
Perform other incidental duties as may be assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
WBT, Articulate, Captivate, and Storyline experience a plus
Strong knowledge of Part 121 training requirements a plus
Must be able to pass a 10-year Background/Criminal check and pre-employment drug screen
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED
Instructional Design and/or pilot, flight attendant, and/or dispatcher training experience required
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

Lift up to 40 lbs.
