Payroll/Accounts Payable Coordinator Job Opening in Tulsa, Oklahoma - Job Duties:
Performs activities necessary to process payroll, including maintaining related records, filing tax reports and voluntary deduction reports, processing involuntary deductions such as levies and garnishments, preparing accounting transactions and documents, documenting and updating procedures, and preparing special reports for management departments, assists with purchasing, assures best price, assists with accounts receivable.

A high school diploma or GED required; some advanced level of education preferred. Professional certification (CPP) preferred.
At least three years of payroll in a multi-state environment, payroll taxes and data entry experience required.
