Are you ready for a challenge ? PADT is currently seeking a full-time Business Operations Administrator to join our Sales & Support team in Tempe, AZ. The Business Operations Administrator supports the company in various capacities including sales support, maintenance contract administration, material sales, event coordination, accounting and reception. This position relieves management of administrative work and minor clerical and business detail by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsible for customer maintenance contracts and renewals
Manages warranty and service contract status, expiration notifications, and renewal process
Organizes and logs work in JobPro database as well as Sage accounting program.
Composes and types routine correspondence
Supports Internal and external customers
Serves as back up receptionist
Data entry for customer information, product registration, warranty data, and other as requested
Generates purchase orders, quotations, shippers, and invoices as required. Coordinating with customers and/or vendors as required and according to strict timelines
Actively contributes to customer service process improvement
Serve as backup to other Business Operations Administrators in other parts of the company
Contributes to administrative process and procedure improvement
Conducts research, and compiles reports as requested
Assists with routine marketing event logistics planning and reporting
Arranges employee travel accommodations as needed
Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school;
One year related experience and/or training;
Or, equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 2 years professional office administration experience
English language proficiency to include excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook required
Experience with Sage50 (Peachtree) accounting software preferred but not required
