Account Manager/Sales Job Opening in Marlborough, Massachusetts - If you would like to join a great team in the growing Energy industry, Endless Energy is actively recruiting for a full-time Account Manager in the central/eastern MA area. Endless Energy is a well-established company, specializing in solar, HVAC, Energy Analysis and other emerging energy products. If you are outgoing, ambitious and career minded, then join us in our continued growth. The successful candidate will work directly with and manage our accounts in central and eastern MA. We provide a great training program and all the support you will need to be successful. Our Account Managers have been with us for years, and love the flexibility and satisfaction of the position. This is a full-time position, and is salary plus commission, with great earnings potential.
Duties include:
* Learn the energy efficiency business, including solar, HVAC and more through our comprehensive training program.
* Leads and appointments provided.
* All sales materials are provided.
* Seek customer referrals and develop leads, which will pay you more.
* Present our solar, HVAC and other energy efficiency product offerings to interested customers in their home or business.
* Use our professional presentation and energy scorecard/estimator to show customers the value and savings of increasing energy efficiency in their home.
* Follow-up and keep in contact with customers after the presentation.
* Provide estimates and work with customers to provide the best energy efficiency solution.
* Keep all customer information and communications updated using our CRM program.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Sales/Account Management experience.
* Must be self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision.
* Computer knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn our Customer Relations Management program.
* Detail-oriented, consistent and reliable.
* Good phone and interpersonal skills.
* Positive and confident attitude.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Must be available for appointments 5 days per week, Tuesday-Saturday.
* Must be flexible with hours.
* Reliable transportation is necessary.
Compensation:
* Base salary (rate based on experience) plus commission and bonuses.
* Expenses paid for appointments completed.
* Laptop and company shirts provided.
