Agronomy Sales Representative Job Opening in Eaton, Colorado - Agfinity is seeking a customer-facing individual who will be responsible for developing new business potential while retaining old business by frequent sales calls which develop relationships, learn customer needs and offer the correct solutions in a timely manner. Candidate will have a B.S. in Agronomy or related field, maintain Certified Crop Advisor Certification, have a minimum of 3 years in Agricultural sales or related field, have knowledge of crop nutrients, crop protection, seed and insect/disease management, be knowledgeable and pro-active in Precision Ag processes, systems, and technologies. In addition, they will be able to create and assist in implementation of new products, processes, and programs intended to mutually benefit the producer, as well as Agfinity, forcecast fertilizer and chemical need and coordinate with the Director of Sales on purchasing, pricing, and programs. They should be able to maintain detailed records of sales contracts, all transactions, maps, soil tests, etc to the highest standard and conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.
