Position Summary:
The National Sales Account Manager will strategically identify, prioritize, pursue, and close new business opportunities within existing customer accounts in a specified region. This position requires complete focus on maximizing existing customer relationships and growing revenues in these accounts through Pragmatic Works? entire portfolio of enterprise software, training, and professional services offerings. This individual must possess a strong aptitude of customer relationship management, the ability to strategically identify and create relationships with key customer account decision makers, and has shown a track record for creating and executing both virtual and onsite presentations.
We are seeking passionate, energetic, and personable sales professionals who have the drive to operate their respective territories as their own business with uncapped earnings potential.
The National Sales Account Manager will work out of a home office. This is a predominantly outside sales position with the expectation to frequently meet in-person with clients. This role will require a 60%/40% mix for inside sales activity/onsite travel.
Responsibilities:
?Farmer? role responsible for generating new business within existing customer accounts in a given region
Establish and grow relationships within existing customer account to create new cross-sell, up-sell opportunities
Map out customer accounts, identifying champions, project stakeholders, and key decision makers
Work with established Pragmatic Works? Alliance Partners to broaden reach within accounts
Schedule, coordinate, and execute regular customer onsite meetings
Work leads funneled from product downloads, weekly webinars, sales inquiries, and events.
Accurately qualifying opportunities and have the ability to produce accurate sales forecasts
Assist in conducting software demo presentations / professional services scoping calls
Meet or exceed monthly / quarterly sales quota
Requirements:
2-5 years enterprise software / professional services sales experience
Demonstrated high level of activity, persistence and a proven track record of sales excellence
Excellent skills, both written and verbal (specifically over the phone)
Organized and can efficiently & systematically manage daily workload
Professional presentation skills
High energy, highly motivated
Enterprise Software / Professional Services sales experience is a plus
OTE: 75k including base salary, commissions, and bonuses
